Mem Fox comes to Perth!

Hooray! She is coming to visit, and this is a wonderful opportunity to hear and speak with one of Australia's best-loved children's writers. To whom do I refer? The creator of Possum Magic, Koala Lou, Where is the Green Sheep?, and many more; Mem Fox, of course. Her books are illustrated with utterly gorgeous pictures, and accompanied by the purest text imaginable. Her latest book is called Ten Little Fingers and Ten Little Toes. She manages to distill her words down the the barest but most beautiful and poetic minimum, so that they are a joy to read time after time after time. Mem is also a passionate advocate of that most powerful process - reading aloud to our babies and children.
